Import & shipping

Sourcing & auction
We bid on graded stock at auction houses in Japan and the UK, selecting by inspection sheet, accident history and mileage — not photos alone.
Pre-shipment inspection
Before loading, each vehicle is checked again for roadworthiness, and any repairs or detailing are completed at origin.
Ocean freight
Units travel RoRo or in shared containers to Mombasa, the main sea gateway for Uganda-bound imports.
Customs clearance
We handle duty assessment and clearance at Mombasa, then onward transit through Malaba or Busia into Uganda, including URA paperwork.
Registration & handover
Once on our lot, every car is UNBS-inspected, registered with Uganda number plates, detailed, and prepared for a test drive with full documentation on handover.
